What is the Beckham Law and am I eligible?expand_more

The Beckham Law (Régimen Especial para Trabajadores Desplazados) allows qualifying expats to pay a flat 24% income tax rate (up to €600,000) instead of Spain's progressive IRPF brackets (up to 47%). You must be employed or self-employed in Spain and must not have been a Spanish tax resident in the previous 5 years. Our gestor will assess your eligibility during the onboarding process.

Can you arrange international school enrollment for September if we book in June?expand_more

Often yes, depending on the school. International schools in Valencia accept rolling admissions and we have direct relationships with admissions teams at the major schools. We will be transparent during the briefing call about what is realistic for your timeline.

Is the temporary housing cost included in the €3,900?expand_more

The arrangement and preparation of temporary housing is included. The actual rent for the temporary apartment is charged separately and depends on your requirements (size, location, duration). Expect €1,500–€3,000 for a well-furnished 2–3 bedroom apartment for 2–4 weeks.
