What each level of support includes

Interior advice session. A targeted 2.5-hour consultation, in Valencia and its surroundings or remotely from anywhere in the world:

• A professional analysis of your space
• Recommendations matched to your needs, tastes and budget
• Concrete answers to the questions set before the session
• A written summary of the main recommendations

Beforehand you fill in a questionnaire and share the photos, plans and inspirations that matter. This session does not include plans, 3D visuals, a shopping list or a complete interior design.

Interior design and planning. Depending on the agreed scope, your design file can include:

• Layout plans and design documents
• Mood boards, materials and finishes
• A selection of furniture and lighting
• Drawings for custom-made furniture
• 3D visualisations

This level ends when the design file is handed over. Finding contractors, site follow-up, orders and deliveries are not included unless the proposal says so.

Signature project. It combines the full design with the services needed to carry it out: contractor search and quote requests, coordination of the professionals and aesthetic follow-up, sourcing of materials, furniture, lighting, artwork and design pieces, order and production tracking, and coordination of deliveries and final installation. You keep control of the personal and creative choices that matter to you.

What interior design support covers and what it does not

Signature NK designs, selects and coordinates. Work that needs a permit is carried out by architects, technical offices and companies authorised to do it, never by the design practice itself.

Can I manage the project from abroad?
Yes. The support is designed for owners who are not in Valencia. Proposals, progress updates and decisions happen remotely, and the local coordination is handled for you.

Do you only work in Valencia?
The practice is based in Valencia and works in Valencia and its surroundings. The advice session also runs remotely from anywhere in the world, and for a larger project we confirm at the first exchange whether your property falls within the area.

Do you take on the building work?
No. Signature NK designs and coordinates, and ValenciaMove does not carry out building work. When a project needs it, it is done by authorised professionals.

Do you work with licensed architects and contractors?
Yes. When a project needs an architect, a technical office or an authorised company, Signature NK works with qualified professionals and coordinates them.

Can we start before I get the keys?
Yes. Defining your needs, budget and calendar can start before the keys are handed over, which leaves more time for orders and deliveries.

Are purchases and building work included in the fees?
Design, coordination, sourcing and purchase management fees are separate from the cost of the works and of the purchases themselves. The proposal sets out the steps, the deliverables and the fees before you commit.
