Your relocation concierge in Valencia for the everyday things
You have the keys, the boxes are in, and now the small daily things eat your first week. Our local support team stocks the fridge, sorts the cleaning, arranges home-cooked meals and handles the errands while you find your feet. Start with a free consultation, or see the full relocation service.
The help you actually want in week one
Moving day ends and the real settling-in begins. You arrive to an empty fridge in a barrio you barely know, unsure which supermercado is decent, which panaderia opens on Sunday, or how to get a plumber to call you back.
That is the gap this service fills. Once you have moved in, we arrange a trusted local team for the everyday things that make a new city feel like home, from a first grocery run in Ruzafa to a move-in clean in El Cabanyal or a fridge stocked before you land in Benimaclet.
You tell us what you need and we handle it in Spanish, so your first weekend is spent at the beach or the Mercado Central, not chasing errands you cannot yet do yourself.

Everyday life, taken care of
Pick the parts you want. Each one is handled by a vetted local, coordinated by us in your language.
Grocery shopping and fridge stocking
Arrive to a stocked kitchen. We do a first grocery run and prep the fridge before or on the day you arrive, so there is real food and coffee waiting instead of a late-night search for an open shop.
Homemade meals
Home-cooked meals delivered or prepared in your own kitchen for the first days, while your pans are still in boxes. For a dinner party or a special occasion, our private chef service takes it further.
Home cleaning and laundry
A move-in clean before the boxes arrive, ongoing cleaning once you are settled, and laundry handled so unpacking does not also mean scrubbing. You come home to a place that is ready.
Key handover and check-in
Someone meets you, hands over the keys and walks you through the flat: how the boiler works, where the water stopcock is, which bin day is which. No standing outside a locked door after a long flight.
Local reservations and bookings
Restaurant tables, doctor and haircut appointments, a padel court, kids' classes or event tickets, all booked for you in Spanish, so you are not stuck on a phone line you cannot yet navigate.
Transport and errands
Airport pickup coordination, help getting around while you learn the metro and EMT buses, and the day-to-day errands, from a parcel drop-off to a trip to the ferreteria, taken off your plate.
Bespoke everyday requests
Anything else personal and practical while you find your feet. If it is the kind of thing a helpful local friend would sort in an afternoon, ask us and we will arrange it.

Three steps to a soft landing
No package to decode. We start with a short call, build a plan around your actual first weeks, and your concierge handles the rest. Already mid-move? Pair this with our admin support and home finding and we join up the whole arrival.

What does a relocation concierge cost?
Every arrival is different, so the service is priced around what you actually want handled. Cleaning has a set hourly rate; everything else is billed by the hour or as a fixed package, depending on your list. Tell us your dates and we send a clear quote before anything begins.
Cleaning starts at €18 per hour. Grocery and fridge prep, check-in support, laundry, errands, meal preparation and other personal tasks are priced by the hour or as a fixed package, depending on what you need.
Why arrange it through ValenciaMove
We have been settling people into Valencia since 2016, so we already know the reliable cleaner, the cook who can do a first week of meals, and the driver who will actually be on time. You inherit that network instead of building it from cold reviews in a language you are still learning.
ValenciaMove was founded by Michael Bastin, a Belgian expat living in Valencia since 2016. The concierge service sits alongside our relocation services, home finding and admin support, so one team can carry you from the visa file all the way to a stocked fridge. Start with a free consultation.
