Corporate Offsites in Valencia: Planner Questions

How far in advance do we need to book?
We recommend booking at least 6 to 8 weeks in advance to secure the best private venues and chefs. For March, Las Fallas, or September, please reach out 3 to 4 months ahead.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. Our private chefs are highly adaptable and can design menus that are entirely vegan, gluten-free, or tailored to specific allergies without compromising on quality.
Do you handle flights and accommodation?
We do not book flights, but we provide a curated list of recommended villas, boutique hotels and corporate-friendly rentals, and we handle all on-the-ground transport logistics.
